How do I make a purchase?
Making a purchase with us is easy! Simply browse our clothing collection, pick your favourites, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout, where you'll enter your shipping details and choose a payment method. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), plus options like Afterpay and PayPal for extra convenience. Once your order is complete, you’ll get an email confirmation to let you know we’re processing your order.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. This means we’ve got your order and we’re getting things ready for you! If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Once an order is confirmed and shipped, we can’t change the shipping address. However, if your order is still being processed, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to help you update it.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. As soon as it’s on its way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey right to your door!
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on where you are. If you’re in a rural area, it might take a little longer. Need it sooner? We offer Express Shipping, so you can get your order in just 1-3 business days!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love everything you order, but if you need to make a return, we’ve got you covered. Full-priced items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Sale items can be returned for store credit, and Final Sale items aren’t eligible for returns unless they’re faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we’re happy to offer international shipping! All import duties and taxes are included in your order, so there are no surprises at delivery. Just keep in mind that any duties or taxes we pay to clear your delivery are non-refundable. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking info so you can keep an eye on your package’s journey.
